During construction Marvin Granit is in constant contact with what he terms “the team”.

“Building a home takes many types of expertise,” said Granit. “I have surrounded myself with the best. My design consultant, has had years of experience in all aspects of construction and design.

While each house is under construction, Marvin Granit constantly is looking for input from his architect and Realtors.

“We work together to improve quality and incorporate the newest in design concepts. When the house is sold, there is a constant follow-up to make sure the buyer is happy and satisfied.”

Marvin Granit has been building and remodeling since he came to Houston more than 20 years ago. He is meticulous when it comes to the finishing and design of his homes. “ I believe strongly of incorporating the newest technology and design into my homes.”

Marvin is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Technology, as well as a Masters degree in Construction Management Technology. His two sons, Michael and David, both graduated from the University of Texas at Austin.
